IRC Channel
Semantic MediaWiki maintains an IRC channel, #semantic-mediawiki, on FreeNode. This channel can be used for discussing all issues related to both Semantic MediaWiki itself and any of its spinoff extensions, like Halo.
You can get there through FreeNode's Javascript-based client or by using a regular IRC client and connecting to irc://irc.freenode.net/semantic-mediawiki or accessing the live chat. Some popular clients include:
