To file a bug report you need an account (incl. email address) in the SMWforum.

You can file bug reports for:
- a bug in your SMW+ installation
- a bug in the SMWforum installation
- an issue with an article of the SMWforum
- a feature request for SMW+ or Halo
a bug in your SMW+ installation
If you found a bug in your SMW+ installation we would like to know about it so we can fix it quickly. Please verify first if your issue is really a bug:
- Reproduce your issue using one of ontoprise's SMW+ reference installations:
- reference SMW+ installations
- (please select the one which comes closest to your configuration)
- Search Bugzilla, to see whether your issue has already been reported:
After you have followed these checks you can file the bug in SMWbugzilla (if you want a more detailed description of the required data then you might find the guidelines for filing a software bug
helpful.
File a bug for a SMW+ installation
- SMW+ contains the following parts: Halo Extension, Wiki Administration Tool (previously known as Deployment Framework), Smwplus, Smwplussandbox, Enhanced retrieval extension and WYSIWYG extension
File a bug for a MediaWiki extensions
- There you find the extensions Access Control List and WYSIWYG that are provided by Ontoprise
File a bug for another extension which is not contained in the SMW+ installation
- There you find all other extensions that are part of the Halo project but which are not contained in the SMW+ installation
- There you find the TripleStore Basic (Jena) and TripleStore Professional (Ontobroker)
File a bug for Microsoft Office Connectors
- There you find the Microsoft Office Connector, Microsoft Project Connector, Semantic Connector / Wikitag
a bug in the SMWforum installation
If you encounter a bug in the software installation on SMWforum we'd like to know about it so we can quickly fix it. To do this we need the following information:
- A description of the bug (If possible the scenario or an example we can use to reproduce the bug)
- The name of your browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, other)

If you found a problem in one of the articles on SMWForum please report them so they can get fixed. To quickly solve the issue we need:
- A description of the bug (If possible the scenario or an example we can use to reproduce the bug)
- The URL of the article in question
